Dynamic website automation: The website now pulls all content directly from HubSpot, meaning when a new sponsor is confirmed or a session is updated, the change instantly appears on the site without any manual editing.

Session management automation: Sessions and speakers are linked via custom object associations, allowing event teams to track participation, schedules, and speaking engagements effortlessly.
Behind the scenes, more than 500 automated workflows and thousands of daily API calls ensure every part of the operation runs seamlessly, from registrations and updates to revenue tracking and post-event reporting.
